Description
Expedition Crush drybags are not only waterproof like standard dry bags, but they have a padded liner to protect your valuables from being squashed on the trail. The 2D version of the Exped Crush dry bags don’t have a gusset so they’re great for slimmer items like phones, point-and-shoot cameras, electronic cables, solar charges, sunglasses and other valuables etc.Â
The waterproof outer bag of the Exped Crush Drybags is robust yet still light. With a 70 D 10’000mm water head rating fabric and seam sealed. The 4mm thick padding doesn’t take up too much extra room in your hiking pack but is vital for protecting your goods. But if it’s not needed you can remove the padded liner and use the bag as a standard lightweight dry bag.
Be aware that these dry bags (like most dry bags) are rated as “waterproof” but not submersible. This means that if they fall overboard and land in the river kayaking or something that is fine for short term but they aren’t intended to be fully submersed for longer than a few minutes.Â
