We’ve all told ourselves that more than a few times on a climb before. When you are forced to pull through the crux moves right at your limit before you can clip the next piece of pro life can get real pretty quick but do no panic anymore. Kong’s Panic 30cm draw is a stiffened quickdraw with a special spring loaded gate lets you clip anchors or runners that are out of reach. The gate remains open until it is pulled down on a piece of pro that it snaps shut. Genius. The stiffened dogbone can also be bent making the Panic Draw even more useful when trying to clip bolts around corners of in roofs. Also can be handy for pre clipping first bolts on sport climbs.
