Sold in pairs, the Y and Y climbing ROCKY’s are made from recycled rubber wood and offer a sturdy and complete training or warming up tool. The ROCKY’s allow a complete and progressive training according to the climber’s level. Their unique two-sided design offers 5 edge depth possibilities (35mm, 27mm, 25mm, 12mm, 10mm) as well as a jug which guarantee optimal progression.

 

Designed for warming up and training in suspension and active pulling exercises to strengthen the passive and active structures of the fingers, arms and back. Their soft surface also provides a grip that is kind to climber’s skin.
